perfect stay and perfect staff , especially the reception in the Upper Story

Great Appartments, with all what u need. Very good Wifi, Outstanding and always helpful staff. I appreciate my stay. Sure the area is not highend, but Close to the Araneta center and very close is the LRT so all easy to manage. Breakfast also good.

All very good, like in the discription. There was nothing to blame. Small advice for the Gym : Watersuspender and small towels would be great

I would have been very happy to extend my stay.

Spacious, airy and bright room. Plenty of floor space. Immaculate in presentation and cleanliness - tasteful in decor. Room smelt lovely with no overpowering scent. Located close to Araneta Malls (Cubao), 5-10 mins by taxi/Grab, and 5 mins to Robinsons Magnolia (a compact mall often overlooked for the larger malls in Manila). Cafe on Ground floor served fresh fruit shakes, pastries and hot meals - all day breakfast choices, pastas and Filipino dishes. Staff - Ali, Jerome, Angel and security guards are fantastic. Attentive to clients needs and do all they can to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Efficient in their jobs with none of the usual long hanging about at the front desk. Check-in was as swift as Check-Out. Very pleased with the swift responses of managemnt. Booked via Booking.com and en route to the apartment requested an hour early check-in which was granted in less than 10 minutes. Also requested a late check-out due to a very late flight from NAIA and this too was granted with no fuss. I’m in a taxi having checked out a few minutes ago but wanted to write this review before I forget anything (which quite likely has already happened) If you are in 2 minds about this place but is within your budget I would say go for it. I picked this place due to reading reviews - they weren’t wrong. Roofdeck - smoking. If you’re not a smoker take a look anyway. The view is breathtaking (was for me anyway!) Particularly during sunrise and sunset ...

No access to balcony (door was locked for a security reason?) which is a shame as the view from the balcony is wonderful. Had issues with locating this place with taxi drivers. From my understanding this building is also known as Centro Tower/ Century Tower. Not an issue with the hotel/apartment! This is simply a heads up for all future customers - it is a lot easier to use Grab as drivers use GPS. Taxi drivers usually do not. Don’t waste time nor money with a taxi, as I did.

Amazing! I highly recommend it!

I work with a lot of hotels in my line of work, luxury 5-star hotels even, and I must say that Upper Room's customer service is at par. I am so pleased. The staff were superb, and the room was impeccable.

The hotel cafe could use some improvement, in terms of food quality. But their service was superb as well.

I loved the room and the view from the balcony. Staff was very polite and nice. The breakfast was okay.

There was a little bit of weird smell in the corridor. The pool wasn't that nice and that was also a little dirty. There wasn't any chairs to sit at the pool.

Staff are very professional and friendly. Service exceeds expectations They allow pets. There is free parking. Studio room is spacious and clean. Interiors are nice. Has its own kitchen.

Close to araneta center but not walking distance. Im not sure if there are any convenience stores but they have a cafe in their building.

We really love our room, so spacious and really relaxing ambiance.

Spacious room and stylish interior

I did not like the smell of the sewer on the lobby or on the entire ground floor area. We did not enjoy our buffet breakfast, most of the dishes there were not tasty and they served few choices only. Their swimming pool is also small and the water in it is really cold.

NYE well-spent

It was just 10 mins away from my home so the location is very convenient for us. The first thing I noticed when we entered the lobby is the fresh strawberry scent which makes the establishment more enticing. The staff is accommodating and made us feel comfortable. I love how they treat our beloved furbabies well. Their two bedroom suite is spacious, clean and the interior is so nice and modern. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet. We’ll definitely recommend this to our other family members and friends and we’ll surely come back often.
